About Me

What I’m up to:

Bringing more humanity to leadership by supporting thoughtful leaders to resource themselves from the inside-out.

Hi, I’m Trisha.

My coaching practice is shaped by presence, practice, art, science, and decades of my own experience leading businesses, brands, and people through turnarounds, transformations, and integrations in organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 50. For years at work, I relied on my own perfectionistic tendencies, bias toward overwork, and habit of over-functioning to get the job done— ignoring so many meaningful dimensions of who I am— until it felt like there wasn’t much left of me.

In partnership with gifted coaches, I recognized the power of cultivating a more grounded, connected, and discerning way of being and leading by integrating parts of myself that had been neglected or forgotten, and developing the internal resources I needed to generate new possibilities for myself and my teams. Over time, I experienced deep alignment between who I am and how I lead, and have been committed to paying it forward and being in the practice of my own development ever since.

After years coaching my own teams and peers, I discovered that my heart was more invested in people than it was in products. Gradually, I made the transition from developing high-performing and high-growth brands and businesses as a marketer, to developing high-performing and blossoming leaders full-time. Today, I have a lively and growing practice in the San Francisco Bay Area and online.

I hold a bachelor’s degree from Duke University, MBA from the University of Virginia, and professional coaching certification from New Ventures West. I also serve as faculty for the SHRM Women in Leadership Institute.

Curious about what it could be like to work together?
